Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sub Position (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob Magalesh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rob Magalesh is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Magalesh shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Magalesh showed some decent athleticism there.

Magalesh is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Magalesh wants to free his trapped foot but Position is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Magalesh really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Position. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Position manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Position is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Magalesh defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Position is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Magalesh has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Position has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Magalesh taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Position doesn't care though - he's delighted!
