The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis lands a nice looking body shot.
Salace misses with a takedown
and Davis counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Davis connects with a high kick.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Davis, as that shot connected.
Davis dips to his left and cracks Salace with an uppercut!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Davis throws a nice inside leg kick.
Davis lands a high kick!
Salace takes a body punch but keeps moving.
A nice leg kick lands there from Davis.
Salace looks gassed!
Davis moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Davis.
Davis lands with a thumping leg kick.

Davis lands a nice hook to Salace's body. Salace takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Davis connects with a leg kick. Salace looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Davis lands a two punch combo.
Salace gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Davis.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Davis lands a big uppercut and Salace crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Salace looks OK. Davis waves Salace back to his feet!

Salace is rocked!
Davis is pawing at Salace, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Salace's nose. Salace is badly hurt! Davis pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Salace tries desperately to hold on but Davis is relentless in his assault! As Salace receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Davis away and this one is in the books!
