Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Chielini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Kirov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Max Kirov is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chielini moves into the clinch successfully.
Kirov looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Kirov jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Chielini walks away with a smile on his face. Kirov gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Kirov feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Kirov slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Chielini is working an open guard so Kirov takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Chielini tries a head kick but it misses.

Chielini throws a sloppy head kick and Kirov moves out of range easily.

Chielini throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kirov connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Chielini momentarily.

Kirov rushes Chielini and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Kirov changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Chielini fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Kirov should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
