Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jake VanVactor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chucky Kahn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think VanVactor might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Like a Pimp by David Banner. Kahn has chosen Tibetan Song.2010.[ 21 ] 完玛三智.新歌 as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
VanVactor circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kahn tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and VanVactor counters with a right hand to the body.
Kahn uses good head movement to avoid the hook from VanVactor.
VanVactor keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kahn.
Kahn tries to clinch up.
Kahn ducks down and throws a hook to the body but VanVactor moves away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kahn is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

VanVactor wants to control from the top but Kahn keeps moving.
VanVactor has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
VanVactor working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Kahn really doesn't want to stay on the ground with VanVactor. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as VanVactor accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

VanVactor is trying to control. Kahn wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

VanVactor trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Kahn manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Kahn got a little sloppy there for a moment and VanVactor has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kahn has managed to get both his arms back between VanVactor's legs - danger averted.
VanVactor tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Kahn wants to stand and escape but instead VanVactor has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Kahn bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in VanVactor's guard.

VanVactor keeping moving, preventing Kahn from controlling successfully.

VanVactor working for a triangle but Kahn defends it easily.
VanVactor has control of Kahn's left arm, preventing Kahn from doing any damage.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Kahn trying to stand up but can't free himself from VanVactor's guard.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
VanVactor bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kahn's guard.
