Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Get In Get Out (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phil Feel Good (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Phil Feel Good will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Get In Get Out!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Phil Feel Good!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Feel Good has taken the fight to the clinch.
Feel Good looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Get Out lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Feel Good breaks from the clinch.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Get Out, as that shot connected.

Get Out rushes Feel Good and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.

Get Out manages to break the clinch.
Feel Good stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Get Out.
A right-left combo lands from Get Out.
Get Out throws a head kick that misses.
Feel Good wants to clinch
and Get Out counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Get Out misses with a few strikes there.
Get Out tries to bum rush Feel Good with a series of wild strikes but Feel Good uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Feel Good moves to clinch but Get Out breaks away

so Get Out counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Get Out landing with the ground and pound.

Get Out drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Get Out jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Get Out wants to pass the guard but Feel Good is keeping the position.
Get Out has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Get Out postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Get Out looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Get Out is looking to work some ground and pound but Feel Good has wrist control.
Get Out trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Get Out accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Feel Good tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Feel Good has momentary wrist control but Get Out slips an elbow through the middle.

Get Out decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Get Out fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
A head kick misses from Get Out.
Get Out buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Feel Good enables Get Out to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Feel Good manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Feel Good keeping moving, preventing Get Out from controlling successfully.
Get Out passes into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Feel Good is doing well to control the position and prevent Get Out from advancing to side control.
Feel Good is staying active underneath Get Out, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Feel Good is trying to stand.

Get Out stands up and beckons Feel Good to join him on the feet.
Feel Good pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Feel Good is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Get Out.

Get Out closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Feel Good's guard.

Get Out stops Feel Good from standing up.
Get Out postures up in Feel Good's guard and throws a big left but Feel Good blocks it.
Feel Good trying to control the position.
Get Out postures up and lands a big shot to Feel Good's brow.
Get Out not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Feel Good is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Get Out is controlling him.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Get Out engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Get In Get Out dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Feel Good will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Get Out wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Get Out throws a head kick but Feel Good moves out of range.

Get Out gets a takedown into half guard.
Feel Good is looking to get back to is feet but Get Out passes into side control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Get Out is looking to take a break and control but Feel Good is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Get Out throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Feel Good works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

Feel Good is trying to stand up here but Get Out is controlling him well.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Get Out connects with a nice short shot to Feel Good's temple.

Get Out looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Get Out is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Get In Get Out overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Get Out stands up out of the half guard.
Get Out shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Feel Good sprawls well. Feel Good wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Get Out gets slowly back to his feet.
Get Out fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Feel Good tries to clinch up but Get Out circles away and keeps his distance.

Get Out moves into the clinch.

Get Out works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Feel Good looking for a sweep. Not yet Feel Good, not yet.
Get Out trying to control the position from guard on top but Feel Good is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Get Out sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Feel Good's guard.
Feel Good has hold of Get Out's hands but Get Out slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Get Out tries to pass to full mount but Feel Good defends it.
Feel Good slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Get Out loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Get Out slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Get Out looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Feel Good is avoiding damage well.
Get Out grinds an elbow into Feel Good's temple.

Get Out decides to stand up, so the ref orders Feel Good to his feet.
Phil Feel Good is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Feel Good tries a head kick but it misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Get In Get Out dominated that second round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!



Feel Good gets caught flat footed, as Get Out shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Get Out loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Feel Good looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Get Out throws a strike but Feel Good rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Feel Good thows a big elbow that misses.
Get Out is trying to control the position but Feel Good postures up.
Get Out bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Feel Good's guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Feel Good wants to sweep here but Get Out controlling him for the moment.
Get Out throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Feel Good works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Feel Good avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Get Out content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Get Out has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Feel Good is proving hard to escape from.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Get Out controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Feel Good is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Get Out gets to his feet - Feel Good follows without any prompting.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Feel Good tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Get Out paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Feel Good darts in trying to clinch

and Get Out counters with a nice double leg into side control. Feel Good won't be happy with that.
Get Out remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Get Out looks up at the clock and then as Feel Good takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Get Out smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Feel Good is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Get Out landing strikes.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Feel Good trying his best to control but Get Out has mounted him.
Get Out with good strikes from the mount here!
Get Out is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Feel Good can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Get Out content just to control the position here.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Get Out cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Get Out wants to control the pace but Feel Good is squirming around nicely.
Get Out controlling the pace for now.
Get Out really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Feel Good taking shots to the head.
Get Out is landing with some decent strikes but Feel Good is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Get Out looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Phil Feel Good has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Get In Get Out is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Feel Good throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.

Get In Get Out showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Get Out has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
