PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Irvin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hammer Puncher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Irvin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Before I Forget by Slipknot. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Puncher closes the distance and clinches.
Puncher fails to pull guard.
Puncher prevents Irvin from breaking the clinch.

Puncher breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Irvin rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Puncher counters with a two punch combo.

Puncher throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Irvin was covering up waiting for the punch and Puncher finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Puncher shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
