Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ben Grimm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Matan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grimm comes to the cage accompanied by Holy Diver-Dio. Matan has chosen Lijepa naša (croatian national Anthem) as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grimm lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

It looks like Ivan Matan has been cut.
Matan wants to clinch up but Grimm keeps it at a distance.

Matan rushes Grimm and presses him up against the cage.
A head punch on the inside from Grimm fails to land.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Grimm.

Matan gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Matan looks to land a strike but Grimm avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Matan is working an open guard so Grimm takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Grimm shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Matan manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

and Grimm counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Grimm connects with a right hand. Matan shakes it off.
Grimm stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Grimm fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Matan looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Matan looks gassed!
Grimm throws out a powerful jab.
Matan takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Matan gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Matan is rocked!

and Grimm counters with a huge right that knocks Matan out cold! Grimm is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
