Bott has chosen It rubs the Lotion on It's Skin as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bott is looking to clinch but McCarthy is avoiding it.
McCarthy throws a good cross that connects.
McCarthy fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Bott looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Bott moves to clinch but McCarthy breaks away
and McCarthy counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Bott looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Jason Bott seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bott throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
McCarthy cracks Bott with an open hand slap.

and Bott takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and McCarthy counters with a right hand to the body.
McCarthy throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Bott looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McCarthy lands a nice shot to the body.

McCarthy stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
McCarthy lands a jab to Bott's midsection.

McCarthy rushes Bott with punches - Bott moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Bott goes down! McCarthy follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
