The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jolley ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Haim moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Haim lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

and Haim counters with a left and a right that stings Jolley.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Jolley has gone for a leg lock! Haim slips out almost immediately though and dives into Jolley's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Jolley is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Haim is aware though and is defending well.

Haim keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Jolley's head.

Jolley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Haim doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Haim manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Haim wants to control from the top but Jolley keeps moving.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Haim postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Haim is pushing down on Jolley's leg trying to pass to half guard. Jolley is fighting to maintain full guard but Haim has managed to sneak the leg through.
Haim wants to pass to mount but Jolley is defending the position.
Haim takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Haim is stalling here. Jolley is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Haim seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Jolley has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Haim is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jolley goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Haim rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Jolley's guard! Nice work there by Haim!

Haim seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jolley does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Haim has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Jolley defend it? Haim steps over the head and cranks it - Jolley is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Haim!
