Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Peter Pan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Scott!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Lou da Vinci and Jonathan Paton.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pan throws a head kick that misses.
Scott blocks a head kick by Pan.
Pan shoots and misses
and Scott counters with a left and a right that stings Pan.
Pan with a lazy takedown attempt
and Scott counters with a two punch combo.
Pan swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Scott counters with a two punch combo.
Scott goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Scott moves into range and connects with a jab.
Scott misses with a jab, cross combination.
Scott scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Scott lands a glancing blow to the side of Pan's head.
Scott fails to land with a series of punches.
Pan dodges the punch combination from Scott.
Pan on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
A shot to the body from Pan misses
and Scott counters with a three punch combo that has Pan backing up. Pan nods at Scott to acknowledge the strikes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Peter Pan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pan is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Scott.

Scott lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pan circles away quickly and effectively.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Scott lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Pan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Pan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Scott scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Pan doesn't seem bothered though.

Scott tries to bum rush Pan with a series of wild strikes but Pan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Scott ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Scott misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Scott connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Pan's hands.
Scott looks to land a combination but Pan avoids it well.

Scott is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Pan had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

and Scott counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Scott controls from within his opponent's guard.
Scott stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pan swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Scott stands and throws Pan's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Scott decides to stand back up.
Scott throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Pan scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Pan gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Scott counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Pan scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Scott misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Scott throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Pan throws a sloppy head kick and Scott moves out of range easily.
Scott scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Pan looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Scott throws a right hand that Pan ducks under and follows up with a left that Pan also avoids with ease.

Scott is trying to control. Pan wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Pan can't do much from the bottom here.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Scott has knee on belly momentarily but Pan bucks him off and regains half guard.

Scott stalks Pan and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pan's face. Pan staggers backwards, shaken.

Scott feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Pans jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Pan swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Scott.

Pan avoids a punch combination nicely.
Pan takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Scott misses with a jab, cross combination.
Pan needs to keep his hands up - Scott had a free shot at his head there.
Scott is working the combinations to good effect here.
No joy there for Scott, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Pan darts in and clinches Scott up against the cage.
Pan is trying to break the clinch but Scott is controlling him.
A frustrated look appears on Pan's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Scott's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Scott is defended easily by Pan.
Scott avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Pan shoots and misses
and Scott counters with a series of strikes. Pan will be more careful next time no doubt.

Pan jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Scott walks away with a smile on his face. Pan gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and Scott counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Pan lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Scott wants to control the pace but Pan is squirming around nicely.

Michael Scott showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

and Scott counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Pan!

Scott moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Pan has worked his arm free - good work by Pan!

Scott tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Scott has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Scott tries to advance to mount but can't.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Scott tries for a kimura but Pan is defending well.
Scott tries to move to full mount but Pan actually manages to regain half guard.
Scott is looking to advance position but Pan won't allow it.

Pan is trying to stand back up but Scott is controlling him
Scott is trying to control the action in half guard but Pan is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Pan is looking for a sweep. Scott is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Scott tries to pass the half guard into mount. Pan knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Scott throwing shots but Pan is blocking nicely.
Scott moves into full mount! Pan won't be happy about that!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Scott avoids the attempt from Pan to control.
Scott prevents Pan from getting the reversal.
Peter Pan has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Scott lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Scott wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pan keeps working.
Michael Scott is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Michael Scott comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Scott winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
