Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Dillan Fox and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Groot drives through and clinches with Jitsu against the cage.
Jitsu jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as De Groot walks away with a smile on his face. Jitsu gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
A right-left combo lands from De Groot.
Jitsu shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and De Groot counters with an inside leg kick.
De Groot stuffs the takedown attempt from Jitsu. Jitsu gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jiu Jitsu. That's going to take a lot out of him.
De Groot moves into the clinch.

De Groot escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
De Groot lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

De Groot moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

and De Groot counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Jitsu tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jitsu is trying hard to land a takedown here. De Groot sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Oh Jitsu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
De Groot throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Jitsu crashing down! Jitsu tries to stagger back to his feet but De Groot just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Jitsu asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lars De Groot!
