Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tiger Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerry Seinfeld (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cruz's entrance music is Go To Sleep by Eminem feat. DMX, Obie Trice. A fine choice. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jerry Seinfeld!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Columbo Gatti and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A leg kick checked by Cruz.
Seinfeld tries to clinch
and Cruz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Seinfeld tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Cruz makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Seinfeld takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Seinfeld on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
It looks like Jerry Seinfeld has been cut.
Cruz lands a left and a right that send Seinfeld crashing to the mat, dazed. Cruz thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Seinfeld gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Seinfeld tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Cruz is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Seinfeld buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Seinfeld!! Seinfeld is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Cruz throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tiger Cruz!
