Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Keiji Hashimoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cetnik Milos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hashimoto comes to the cage accompanied by Chopin's Funeral March in B flat minor. Milos has chosen Snot - My Balls as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Cetnik Milos!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Leandro Rodrigues and Alexandre Firmino.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hashimoto throws a lazy uppercut
and Milos connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Hashimoto misses with a jab to the body
and Milos connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Milos throws a hook to the side of Hashimoto's head but Hashimoto sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Milos drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Hashimoto throws a leg kick
and Milos counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hashimoto steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Milos.
Hashimoto rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Milos to counter with a crisp jab.
Keiji Hashimoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hashimoto gets a double leg takedown into Milos's guard.

Milos is letting Hashimoto control him for a moment.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Milos tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Hashimoto wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Milos seems a little lost for a moment, as Hashimoto dominates the positioning.

Hashimoto is looking to take a break and control but Milos is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Hashimoto is trying to get an arm triangle but Milos is defending well.

Hashimoto is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Milos's shoulder. That is not cool.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Keiji Hashimoto dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Hashimoto doesn't manage to clinch there - Milos circles away.
A nice leg kick lands there from Hashimoto.

Hashimoto connects with a good right hand that stumbles Milos. Milos circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

and Milos counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Keiji Hashimoto. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Milos counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Milos is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Milos thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Hashimoto's head.
Hashimoto is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Milos's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Milos's back!
Hashimoto has the hooks in. Milos is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Milos is in bad spot here.
Hashimoto really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Milos.
Hashimoto has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Hashimoto seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Milos's chin but Milos turns very nicely into Hashimoto's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Milos.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Hashimoto is pulling down on Milos's head to control his posture.

Milos is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Hashimoto has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Milos is looking to defend but Hashimoto has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Milos! Hashimoto pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Milos taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Keiji Hashimoto!
