Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Viktor Lagutenko and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strodov shoots and misses
and Jiganti counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Strodov's guard now.
Strodov wants to sweep here but Jiganti controlling him for the moment.
Jiganti drops back looking for a leg! Strodov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Strodov manages to kick Jiganti off! Jiganti jumps back into Strodov's guard.
Jiganti is in close to Strodov's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Jiganti throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Strodov works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Jiganti drops back looking for a leg! Strodov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Strodov manages to kick Jiganti off! Jiganti jumps back into Strodov's guard.
Jiganti postures up in Strodov's guard and throws a big left but Strodov blocks it.
Strodov working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jiganti doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Strodov is tightening it up a little... Jiganti has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Jiganti reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Jiganti taps out! nice BJJ there by Strodov!
