Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Blayne Hawke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Knon Hbh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hawke comes to the cage accompanied by Send the Pain Below. Knon Hbh will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawke will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Hawke drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hbh looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hbh looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hbh!
Hawke tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Hbh wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Hawke has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hbh is working away from the top position though.

Hawke has his foot on Hbh's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hbh works his way back into a safe position though.

Hawke had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hbh defends it easily.

Hbh is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Hawke rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hbh moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hawke lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hbh has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hbh and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Hawke feints a jab promting Hbh to slip. Hawke then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Hbh slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Hawke has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Hbh! Can he survive? No! He's out! Hawke gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
