The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnett with a poor takedown

and Morris counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Morris stays in close to Barnett's body and controls the position.
Barnett keeping moving, preventing Morris from controlling successfully.
Barnett is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The ref stands the fighters back up because George Morris just wasn't active enough.

Barnett manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Morris on his heels. He'll look to pass Morris's guard now, I'm sure.

Morris seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Barnett does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

George Morris showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Morris, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
