Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nuriel Leonard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tombstone Terry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tombstone Terry is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Andrew Berry and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Terry walks into a left hand.
Terry moves into range and clinches up with Leonard.
Leonard lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Leonard is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Terry gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

and Leonard counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Leonard throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Terry stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Leonard counters with a nice double leg into side control. Terry won't be happy with that.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

and Leonard counters with a shoot takedown. Terry fights it but they end up in guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Terry has momentary wrist control but Leonard slips an elbow through the middle.
Terry can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Leonard controls the pace.
Leonard has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Leonard creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Terry sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
