The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miguel throws a head kick but Hirai moves out of range.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Yoshito Hirai hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Hirai is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Miguel to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Miguel shrugs it off.

Hirai has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Miguel is in real trouble here. Hirai gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Miguel is tapping out! Hirai wins by rear naked choke!
