The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ross fails with the takedown
and Kiedis counters with a good low kick that Ross was not able to check.

Kiedis cracks Ross with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Ross shoots in and drives through. Kiedis sprawls well.

Ross shoots in looking for a takedown but Kiedis manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ross's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Kiedis clobbers Ross with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Ross walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Kiedis cracks Ross with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Ross tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Kiedis pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Ross is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Anthony Kiedis!
