Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Domenic Amato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sakke Somali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Amato comes into the arena with Gonna Fly Now blaring out of the sound system. Somali has chosen Sakke - Oonhan Suomalainen as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

With a record of 11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sakke Somali!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Somali misses with a body shot
and Amato counters with a straight right hand.
A bone on bone clash there as Amato blocks the leg kick.

and Somali counters with an outside leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

so Amato counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Somali tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Somali keeping moving, preventing Amato from controlling successfully.
Amato not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Amato is fighting to break Somali's control of his arms but Somali is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Amato shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Somali sprawls well. Somali wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Amato gets slowly back to his feet.
