The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves moves to clinch but Coen breaks away
and Coen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Tyson Alves has been cut.
Alves closes the distance looking to clinch
and Coen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Alves lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Coen circles away quickly and effectively.
Coen lands with a good body shot.
Alves is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Alves takes one to the chin there.
Alves showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Coen.

and Coen counters with a nice right hand that sends Alves toppling to the canvas! Alves scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Coen finish him?!

Oh Alves is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Coen throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Alves get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Alves stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Coen runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
