Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aku Zoku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Glasgow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Glasgow has chosen Sail by Armin van Buuren as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Tom Glasgow enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glasgow tries to clinch but Zoku moves away

and Zoku counters with a takedown into side control.

Zoku takes a little break here. Glasgow wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Glasgow pushes Zoku away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Zoku gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Glasgow is trying to improve his position.
Glasgow can't do much from the bottom here.

Zoku postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Zoku stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Glasgow is trying to buck Zoku off.
Glasgow prevents Zoku from moving into mount.
Glasgow is looking to get back to his feet here but Zoku is keeping cool and he's managed to take Glasgow's back.
Zoku lands punches and elbows.
Zoku is trying to stick to Glasgow's back but Glasgow is turning into Zoku. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Zoku's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Glasgow.

Glasgow has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Zoku is proving hard to escape from.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Glasgow tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Zoku counters by moving into the clinch.

and Zoku counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Glasgow wants to control but Zoku is keeping busy.
Glasgow wants to get back to his feet.
Zoku seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Zoku wants to work for an arm triangle but Glasgow is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Glasgow is trying to control but can't.
Zoku is just content to waste time from the top position. Glasgow takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Glasgow wants to stand but Zoku is controlling his posture from full guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Zoku keeping moving, preventing Glasgow from controlling successfully.
Glasgow is looking to stand up but Zoku won't let him.

Aku Zoku has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Zoku looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Aku Zoku is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Glasgow wants to clinch but Zoku slips to the side

and Zoku moves into the clinch.
Glasgow is pressed up against the cage. Zoku has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Glasgow down to the mat. Glasgow avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Glasgow is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Zoku defends well.

Glasgow is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Glasgow is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Glasgow had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Zoku defends it easily.

Glasgow gets tackled into the cage by Zoku. Zoku maintains the clinch.
Zoku blocks a body shot from Glasgow.

Zoku manages to pull guard.
Glasgow would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Aku Zoku overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Glasgow wants to control from the top but Zoku keeps moving.
Zoku looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Glasgow closes the distance but Zoku moves to the side

Zoku jumps guard and drags Glasgow to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Glasgow stands up over Zoku, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Zoku on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Zoku tries to get out of the position.

Zoku is wriggling around but Glasgow manages to pass to half guard.

Glasgow keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Glasgow wants to control but Zoku is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Glasgow takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Zoku throws a nice looking combination but Glasgow bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

and Zoku counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Zoku.

Aku Zoku showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Zoku, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
