The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rabi doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Fudge counters with an outside leg kick.
Rabi tries for a takedown but Fudge sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Fudge connects with a high kick.

It looks like Jimmy Rabi has been cut.
Rabi shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Fudge sprawls well. Fudge wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rabi gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jimmy Rabi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rabi dives in and grabs Fudge's left leg, looking for a takedown. Fudge pushes down on Rabi's head and hops out.
No luck for Rabi with that takedown attempt.
Fudge tries a head kick but it misses.
Fudge fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Rabi.
Rabi doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Fudge connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Fudge comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Rabi stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Fudge is on him like rabid pit bull! Rabi slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
