The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dragon scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Machete stops Dragon from passing to mount.

Dragon tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dragon has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Dragon tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Machete tries to escape but Dragon is in control.
Dragon is looking to take a break and control but Machete is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Dragon cracks Machete with an elbow. That is naaassty.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dragon works to advance to full mount. Machete defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Machete holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Dragon tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Dragon is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Dragon extends the arm and Machete is forced to tap!
