Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Barnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcelo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barnes's entrance music is Black Eyed Peas - Imma Be. A fine choice. Gracie has chosen as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie misses with a wild body shot.
Barnes thows a body shot but no joy.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Barnes throws a poor cross that misses
and Gracie counters with a stiff right hand.
Gracie ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Barnes throws a series of punches but Gracie avoids them all with ease.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Barnes lands the left hand.
Barnes dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gracie. That did some damage!
Gracie works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Barnes fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gracie manages to avoid it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gracie is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Barnes is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
