Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Atkins and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Skyshriek does it's job there.
Watson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Watson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Skyshriek bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Watson shoots and misses
and Skyshriek counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Skyshriek catches Watson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

It looks like tom Watson has been cut.
Watson doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Skyshriek counters with a stiff right hand.
Watson with a lazy takedown attempt
and Skyshriek counters with a lovely shot to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for tom Watson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Watson has his takedown stuffed
and Skyshriek cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Watson is rocked!
Watson is breathing heavily.

Skyshriek lands a big right hand that sends Watson crashing to the mat! Skyshriek stays standing though and waves Watson back to his feet!
Oh Watson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Watson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Watson seems to have got his legs back now.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Skyshriek cracks Watson with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Watson tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Skyshriek pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Watson is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
