Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bj Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gerri Kami (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kami has chosen sorry 4 the wait as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kami with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Penn to score with a decent uppercut.
Kami shoots in for a takedown but Penn shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Bj Penn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gerri Kami.

Kami takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

A left and a right from Penn both land. Nice combination.
Kami has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Penn finds it's way round the side to connect with Kami's head.
Penn thuds his right hand into Kami's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Kami misses with a takedown attempt - Penn sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Kami shoots for a double leg takedown but Penn sprawls well. He's pushed Kami's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
The crowd cheers as Penn lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kami doesn't seem phased though.
Penn comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Kami takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Kami takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Penn lands with a nice body punch.
Penn digs a good hook to Kami's body.
Penn changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kami tries to avoid it but Penn manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kami to the ground. Kami escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kami shoots in and drives through. Penn sprawls well.
Penn lunges at Kami with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kami's hand.
Penn lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Penn scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Gerri Kami seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Penn uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kami has time to react.

Kami takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Penn throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kami stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Penn lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Penn.
Penn's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Penn duly obliges.
Penn throws a series of strikes that have Kami backpedaling.

Penn connects with the punch.
Kami is rocked!
Penn is working the combinations to good effect here.

Kami takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Kami has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Penn throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kami on the side of the head.
Penn lands a nice hook to Kami's body. Kami takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Kami is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Penn.
