The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Schab is defended easily by Dawson.
Dawson scores with a jab to the head.
Dawson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Grzegorz Schab has been cut.
Schab throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dawson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Schab finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Schab is trying hard to land a takedown here. Dawson sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Dawson lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dawson lands a jab to the head.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Schab.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Grzegorz Schab. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Schab shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dawson as he avoids it easily.
Schab is breathing heavily.
Schab gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Schab tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Dawson is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Schab buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Schab!! Schab is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Dawson throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
