Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Roman Hughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Prime Terce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Terce is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Let it roll. Prime Terce is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Roman Hughes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Prime Terce!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Columbo Gatti and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Terce pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hughes looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Hughes fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Terce throws a combination. Hughes tries to block but a couple of punches get through.


It looks like Roman Hughes has been cut.
Terce swinging wildly here.
Nice sprawl there from Hughes as Terce shoots in.
Terce feints a jab promting Hughes to slip. Terce then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Hughes slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.


Hughes is rocked!
Terce shoots in for a double leg but Hughes sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Oh Hughes is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Terce shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hughes but Hughes pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Roman Hughes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Prime Terce.
Hughes misses with a takedown attempt - Terce sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Hughes closes the distance and clinches up with Terce, looking for a takedown. Hughes pushes Terce against the cage but Terce circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Hughes wants to clinch up but Terce keeps it at a distance.
Hughes takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Hughes doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Terce scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Hughes tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Terce paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hughes takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Terce throws a nice looking combination but Hughes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Hughes feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Hughes stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Terce swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Hughes drops back looking for a leg! Terce is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Terce manages to kick Hughes off! Hughes jumps back into Terce's guard.
Hughes seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Hughes's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Hughes wants to control from the top but Terce keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Roman Hughes has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Prime Terce is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Roman Hughes overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Roman Hughes.
Terce stalks Hughes and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hughes's face. Hughes staggers backwards, shaken.

Prime Terce comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Terce winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
