DaNickatime comes to the cage accompanied by Ecstasy of Gold (Gangaster Mix) . Howe has chosen Nightmare as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Howe misses with a looping right.
Howe closes the distance and clinches up with DaNickatime, looking for a takedown. Howe pushes DaNickatime against the cage but DaNickatime circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Howe misses with a takedown attempt
and DaNickatime counters with a series of strikes. Howe will be more careful next time no doubt.
Howe shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says DaNickatime as he avoids it easily.
Justin DaNickatime has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Colton Howe.
Howe is looking to clinch but DaNickatime is avoiding it.
Howe looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? DaNickatime is fending him off so far but Howe persists. Nope, DaNickatime circles away and we're back to standing.
DaNickatime misses with a low kick.
Howe shoots for a takedown but DaNickatime saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Howe dives in and grabs DaNickatime's left leg, looking for a takedown. DaNickatime pushes down on Howe's head and hops out.
DaNickatime shoots in but Howe avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Donk. DaNickatime catches Howe right on the button with a cross.
It looks like Colton Howe has been cut.
DaNickatime misses with a takedown attempt
and Howe makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. DaNickatime really felt that one!

DaNickatime stuffs the takedown attempt from Howe. Howe gets slowly back to his feet.
Howe shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says DaNickatime as he avoids it easily.
Howe looks gassed!
DaNickatime works over Howe's head and body with a nice combination.
Howe looks for a takedown but DaNickatime sprawls well.
Howe gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Howe trying to keep a closed guard but DaNickatime is proving a slippery customer.
DaNickatime knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Howe on the ground.
DaNickatime wanted to stand there but Howe had control of the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

DaNickatime's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Howe is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
DaNickatime wants to get up but he can't break Howe's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

DaNickatime controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
DaNickatime clinches with his opponent.
DaNickatime breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
DaNickatime throws a solid leg kick but Howe takes the impact on his shin and smiles at DaNickatime.

and DaNickatime counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

DaNickatime moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Howe is rocked!
DaNickatime feints with a jab and clips Howe right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Howe is sent crashing into the canvas and DaNickatime leaps in for the kill! Howe tries to get to his feet but DaNickatime is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Howe is in need of a savior and steps in!
