The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pentangeli's jab looks to have found its range, popping Jordan under the eye.
Jordan has his takedown stuffed

and Pentangeli counters with a single leg into guard. Jordan didn't expect that.
Jordan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Pentangeli working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Pentangeli content to stall in guard here.
Pentangeli postures up in Jordan's guard and throws a big left but Jordan blocks it.
Pentangeli's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Jordan tries to strike from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pentangeli is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Jordan wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Pentangeli is now in half guard.
Jordan is trying to control but can't.

Pentangeli is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Jordan reverses the position - he's now on top in Pentangeli's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pentangeli is controlling Jordan's posture.

Frank Pentangeli has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Jordan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pentangeli.
Pentangeli wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Pentangeli lands with a nice body punch.
Jordan darts in trying to clinch

Jordan closes the distance but Pentangeli moves to the side

and Pentangeli counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Jordan!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pentangeli pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Jordan wants to control but Pentangeli is having none of it.
Pentangeli has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Jordan's face.

Pentangeli loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Jordan scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Pentangeli land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Pentangeli stands and salutes the crowd.
