Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gary Shark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Achilles Myrmidon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Gary Shark has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shark misses with a looping left.

Myrmidon shoots in and gets a takedown into Shark's guard.

Myrmidon drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Myrmidon jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Shark wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Myrmidon manages to pass to side control.
Myrmidon wants to lay and pray for a moment but Shark keeps working.
Shark knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Myrmidon on the ground.

Myrmidon seems to be looking for submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Shark pushes Myrmidon off looking to stand but Myrmidon dives back in and keeps control.
Shark tries to kick Myrmidon off in order to stand up. Myrmidon Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Shark wants to get back to his feet but Myrmidon is dominant here and he's now got Shark's back!

Myrmidon has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Shark has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Shark is trying to get back to his feet but Myrmidon has full control of the position and if anything, Shark has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Oooh a big shot gets through from Myrmidon. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Myrmidon.
