Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between The Great Gama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tuco Mendoza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tuco Mendoza!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Dean Styles and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gama lands a body shot.
Left hook, right uppercut from Gama.
Mendoza throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gama sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Mendoza throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Gama scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Mendoza takes a shot right to the bread basket.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mendoza fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gama avoids it really well and circles away.
Gama tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mendoza was well out of range. Poor timing from Gama.

Gama throws a right hand that Mendoza ducks under and follows up with a left that Mendoza also avoids with ease.
Gama tests Mendoza's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Mendoza fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gama avoids it really well and circles away.
Mendoza swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Mendoza will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
The Great Gama has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tuco Mendoza.
Gama connects with a good right hand that stumbles Mendoza. Mendoza circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mendoza tries to land a front kick but Gama steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Mendoza throws a body punch but Gama moves out of range.
A jab from Mendoza misses.
Mendoza takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Gama slips under a jab from Mendoza.
Gama dodges the punch combination from Mendoza.
Mendoza walks into a jab.
Gama gets caught napping as Mendoza dives in and scores a takedown. Gama manages to retain guard.
Gama on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Gama tries to get out of the position.

Mendoza trying to control the position from guard on top but Gama is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Mendoza is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Mendoza looking to sit in guard and control but Gama gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Mendoza looking for a sweep. Not yet Mendoza, not yet.
Mendoza looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Gama is defending well. Mendoza quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Gama has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Mendoza celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
