Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Yevgeni Raduchenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodrick Skiter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yevgeni Raduchenko had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Yevgeni Raduchenko!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rodrick Skiter!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Skiter blocks the low kick.
Raduchenko swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Skiter counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Raduchenko slips a jab and a cross from Skiter.
Skiter waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Raduchenko.
Crunch! Raduchenko slams his shin into Skiter's torso.
Skiter stuffs the takedown attempt from Raduchenko. Raduchenko gets slowly back to his feet.
Raduchenko tries a head kick but it misses.
Raduchenko has a takedown stuffed.
Raduchenko bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Skiter wants to clinch.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
A looping hook to the body misses from Raduchenko. Skiter does a little dance to reset his feet.
Raduchenko throws a right and a left that Skiter avoids nicely.
Skiter tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Raduchenko manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Raduchenko throws a front kick aimed at Skiter's knee but Skiter avoids it well.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Raduchenko throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Raduchenko tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Rodrick Skiter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Skiter throws a right hand that Raduchenko ducks under and follows up with a left that Raduchenko also avoids with ease.

Skiter cracks a nice hook into Raduchenko's ribs.
Raduchenko looks to score with a jab to the body but Skiter is just out of range.
Raduchenko shoots in but Skiter avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Skiter counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Skiter.

Skiter tries to break free but Raduchenko pushes him back against the cage.
Skiter is trying to push Raduchenko away but Raduchenko has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Skiter breaks the clinch.
Raduchenko ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Skiter moves away.
Raduchenko tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Skiter is able to avoid easily.
Skiter stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Skiter wants it to stay on the feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Yevgeni Raduchenko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Skiter keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Raduchenko misses with a takedown attempt - Skiter sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Skiter goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Skiter misses with a double jab.
Raduchenko throws a big shot that misses.

and Skiter counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Raduchenko shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Skiter defends it nicely.

Skiter takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Rodrick Skiter showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Skiter avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Skiter throws a body punch but Raduchenko moves out of range.
Skiter stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Raduchenko.

Raduchenko fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Skiter has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

An inside leg kick lands from Raduchenko.
Skiter on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Raduchenko throws a hook to the side of Skiter's head but Skiter sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Raduchenko has gone for a leg lock! Skiter slips out almost immediately though and dives into Raduchenko's guard.

Raduchenko is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Skiter tries to stand but Raduchenko is controlling from the bottom.
Skiter must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Raduchenko had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Skiter defends it easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Skiter would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Raduchenko escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Skiter gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Skiter got a little sloppy there for a moment and Raduchenko has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Skiter has managed to get both his arms back between Raduchenko's legs - danger averted.

Skiter wants to get up but he can't break Raduchenko's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Raduchenko looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Skiter tries to stand but Raduchenko is controlling from the bottom.

Raduchenko has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Skiter can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Skiter really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Raduchenko. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Yevgeni Raduchenko clearly takes that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Raduchenko throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Skiter tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Raduchenko is in Skiter's guard.
Raduchenko prevents Skiter from getting back to his feet.

Raduchenko drops back looking for a leg! Skiter is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Skiter manages to kick Raduchenko off! Raduchenko jumps back into Skiter's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Raduchenko accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Raduchenko tries to free his leg and advance position but Skiter is retaining full guard.

Skiter wants to stand up but Raduchenko is controlling him.
Raduchenko postures up in Skiter's guard and throws a big left but Skiter blocks it.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Raduchenko accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Raduchenko sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Skiter's guard.
Raduchenko stops Skiter from getting back to his feet.

Raduchenko seems to be working for a kimura but Skiter defends the submission attempt.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Raduchenko moves into full mount! Skiter won't be happy about that!
Raduchenko wants to control the pace but Skiter is squirming around nicely.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Raduchenko lands a big shot there that rocks Skiter but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Raduchenko throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Raduchenko can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Skiter is looking to escape.

Skiter is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Raduchenko landing strikes from the mount and Skiter is in trouble!

Raduchenko has hold of Skiter's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Skiter manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Raduchenko misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Raduchenko working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Skiter turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Raduchenko off and cradles Skiter's limp body as Raduchenko celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:34 of round 4, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Yevgeni Raduchenko!
