Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eric Idle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tota Lidel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Idle kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Always Look on the Bright Side of Life. Lidel has chosen Dry Kill Logic - Lost as his entrance music. Tota Lidel will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tota Lidel!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Matheus Silva and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Idle thuds his right hand into Lidel's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
It looks like Tota Lidel has been cut.
Lidel steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Idle.
Lidel moves out of range as Idle strikes.
Lidel misses the shot to the body.
Idle uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Lidel loads up on a big right hand but Idle slips the punch.
Idle missing with a left hand there. Lidel was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Lidel moves out of range as Idle strikes.
Lidel walks straight into a right hand from Idle - that's dropped him! Idle jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Lidel from any more punishment! Lidel complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Eric Idle!
