These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bonifacio closes the distance looking to clinch
and Shady counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Bonifacio is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Shady cracks Bonifacio with a right hand to the side of the head.
No joy there for Shady, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Bonifacio checks a leg kick.
Shady circles away from the clinch attempt
and Shady counters with a right hand to the body.
A shot to the liver by Shady. Beautiful body shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bonifacio closes the distance but Shady moves to the side
and Shady counters with a straight right hand.
Bonifacio looks gassed!
Shady's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Shady duly obliges.

It looks like Andres Bonifacio has been cut.
Shady scores with a jab to the body.
Shady lands a nice looking body shot.
Shady misses with a wild body shot.
Shady chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Shady drops Bonifacio with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Bonifacio looks back up at him and smiles so Shady waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

A combination from Shady does no damage.
Bonifacio drops his hands momentarily and Shady needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Bonifacio just on the top of the head. Bonifacio drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Bonifacio - he's done!
