And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, ky Swan!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Swan moves into the clinch.
Slice looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
The fighters are pressed against the ropes, as the pace of the fight slows.
Slice tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Slice's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Swan clinches with his opponent.
Slice wants to break the clinch but can't.
Swan misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Slice.
Swan lands an elbow that stopped Slice in his tracks for a moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Come on Swan - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Swan gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Slice is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Slice is trying to push Swan away but Swan has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.

Slice jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Swan walks away with a smile on his face. Slice gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Swan drives through and clinches with Slice against the ropes.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Slice is trying to drag Swan to the mat but Swan just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Swan in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Well Swan has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
