The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alcano throws a head kick that half lands.
Alcano falls off balance throwing a combination
and Hansen counters with a nice leg kick.
Hansen doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Hansen takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Alcano throws a sloppy body shot
and Hansen counters with a nice body kick.
Hansen scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Hansen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Alcano was well out of range. Poor timing from Hansen.

Alcano fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Hansen to the ground. Alcano is now in Hansen's guard.

Hansen is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Alcano is aware though and is defending well.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Alcano accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
