The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Al Ghul tries to free his leg and advance position but Goshi is retaining full guard.
Al Ghul is looking to stand up but Goshi won't let him.
Al Ghul throws and elbow that misses. Goshi uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Al Ghul's guard. Nice move by Goshi!

Al Ghul is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Goshi is desperately trying to improve his position but Al Ghul has a good base and remains in mount.
Goshi wants to control but Al Ghul is having none of it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Goshi shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Al Ghul is desperately trying to improve his position but Goshi has a good base and remains in mount.

Goshi quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Goshi but it's paid off an Al Ghul is forced to tap! Nice work by Goshi.
