Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bakar Ben Khalifa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Kicking Pokemon Hitmonlee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ben Khalifa might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Prodigy - Warrior's Dance. Hitmonlee comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Hitmonlee Entrance Theme kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ben Khalifa takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Ben Khalifa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hitmonlee tries to avoid it but Ben Khalifa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hitmonlee to the ground. Hitmonlee escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ben Khalifa shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hitmonlee sprawls well. Hitmonlee wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ben Khalifa gets slowly back to his feet.
Ben Khalifa shoots in but Hitmonlee avoids the takedown attempt easily.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bakar Ben Khalifa.
