PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gunner Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Walter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hansen's entrance music is The Prodigy - Breathe. A fine choice. Anton Walter told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walter cracks a nice hook into Hansen's ribs.
Walter swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Walter scores with a nice right hand.
Walter lands a nice shot that snaps Hansen's head back.
Walter throws a right hand that Hansen ducks under and follows up with a left that Hansen also avoids with ease.

and Hansen counters with a nice double leg into side control. Walter won't be happy with that.
Hansen content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Walter wants to get back to his feet but Hansen drags him back down.

Hansen jumps guard and drags Walter to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Walter fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hansen manages to avoid it.
