Hardcore Irish comes to the cage accompanied by Devil's Dance Floor. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardcore Irish throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kralaiev.
Amish Hardcore Irish seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hardcore Irish connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kralaiev's hands.

It looks like Ivan Kralaiev has been cut.
Hardcore Irish misses with a combination
and Kralaiev counters with a nice low kick that buckles Hardcore Irish's knee momentarily.
Hardcore Irish throws a series of punches but Kralaiev moves out of range.
Hardcore Irish fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hardcore Irish cracks a nice hook into Kralaiev's ribs.
Hardcore Irish dips to his left and cracks Kralaiev with an uppercut!

Hardcore Irish lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Kralaiev misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Hardcore Irish drives through and clinches with Kralaiev against the cage.
Kralaiev looking to throw knees to the head but Hardcore Irish is blocking nicely.
Kralaiev keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hardcore Irish's efforts to push away.

Kralaiev wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Kralaiev throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Hardcore Irish blocks it with crossed arms.
Kralaiev misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Hardcore Irish.

Hardcore Irish is trying to maintain a safe position but Kralaiev gets an underhook and turns Hardcore Irish into the cage.
Kralaiev tries a knee to the head but Hardcore Irish blocks it.
Kralaiev using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Hardcore Irish has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Kralaiev throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Hardcore Irish blocks it with crossed arms.
Kralaiev wants to get back to striking at distance but Hardcore Irish won't allow it.
Hardcore Irish tries to break the clinch but Kralaiev is controlling the position.

Hardcore Irish pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Kralaiev throws a head kick but Hardcore Irish moves out of range.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Hardcore Irish lands with a big left! Kralaiev is wobbled badly! Hardcore Irish comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Kralaiev to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
