The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Lesnar avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Lesnar throws a lazy right hand but Bullit sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bullit looks to throw the jab but Lesnar is out of range.
Lesnar moves out of range of the strikes.

Damien Bullit seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Bullit counters with a head kick that drops Lesnar to the mat! Lesnar scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Bullit is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lesnar.

Bullit stuffs the takedown attempt from Lesnar. Lesnar gets slowly back to his feet.
Bullit scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Lesnar doesn't seem bothered though.

Lesnar looks to score with a jab to the body but Bullit is just out of range.

Bullit tries to bum rush Lesnar with a series of wild strikes but Lesnar uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Bullit throws out a loose jab but Lesnar uses good head movement to avoid it.
Lesnar tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bullit was well out of range. Poor timing from Lesnar.
Lesnar takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Bullit throws the left hand but Lesnar avoids the punch easily.
Lesnar takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Bullit ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lesnar moves away.
Bullit bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Lesnar is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Bullit rather than just go for the knockout.
Bullit misses with a hook. Lesnar ducked under it nicely.
Bullit doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Bullit throws out a leg kick but Lesnar moves out of range and Bullit only half commits.
Lesnar is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bullit ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Lesnar looks gassed!
Bullit throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Bullit throws a leg kick but Lesnar sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Bullit lands with a shot to the body.
Damien Bullit is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bullit feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Lesnar's calf.
Lesnar has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bullit.
Bullit pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Lesnar back to the cage. Bullit follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Bullit is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Lesnar takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Bullit lands a really nice looking cross but Lesnar seems unphased.
Bullit goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bullit cracks Lesnar with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Bullit has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Lesnar to stand back up!

Bullit Rushes Lesnar and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Lesnar is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Bullit Piles on the pressure and Lesnar crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
