Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
International avoids the head kick by Augusto.
Augusto closes the distance and clinches up with International, looking for a takedown. Augusto pushes International against the cage but International circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
International misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
International stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and International wants it to stay on the feet.
Augusto looks to throw a body kick
and International counters with a series of strikes. Augusto will be more careful next time no doubt.
International scores with a hook to the body. Augusto takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

International jabs Augusto to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Augusto throws a head kick but International moves out of range.
International avoids the head kick by Augusto.

International moves into the clinch.

Augusto has International pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. International manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Travis International has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Augusto.

International escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
International scores with a one two! Augusto had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

International manages to break the clinch.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

International lands an elbow that stopped Augusto in his tracks for a moment.

Augusto is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from International - that's hurt Augusto badly! Oh, another knee lands and Augusto is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Augusto doesn't seem to be complaining.
