The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Yves DeLean and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Avila throws a chopping leg kick but Monroe manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Monroe fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Avila on the side of the head.
Avila attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Monroe loads up on a big right hand but Avila slips the punch.
Avila ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Monroe moves away.
