Kalio gets a takedown into half guard.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Brutu Kalio wasn't active enough on the ground.
Kalio shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Adebisi sprawls well. Adebisi wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kalio gets slowly back to his feet.
Adebisi throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kalio.

It looks like Brutu Kalio has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Simon Adebisi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brutu Kalio.
Horrible takedown by Kalio or perhaps it was just good defense by Adebisi which made him look bad.

Kalio shoots in looking for a takedown but Adebisi manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kalio's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Adebisi throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

That has opened up Brutu Kalio's cut even more.
Kalio looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Adebisi is fending him off so far but Kalio persists. Nope, Adebisi circles away and we're back to standing.
Brutu Kalio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Adebisi lands a big uppercut and Kalio crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Kalio looks OK. Adebisi waves Kalio back to his feet!
Adebisi stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Adebisi wants it to stay on the feet.
Kalio is breathing heavily.
Kalio shoots in looking for a takedown. Adebisi tries to sprawl out of it but Kalio keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Adebisi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kalio is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Kalio shoots in for a double leg but Adebisi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Brutu Kalio's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Brutu Kalio's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
