Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mc Gusto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juhana HurmoKultakala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Gusto might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to ......... Juhana HurmoKultakala has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Juhana HurmoKultakala!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gusto fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt HurmoKultakala.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Gusto lands with a right to the head.
Gusto gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from HurmoKultakala.
HurmoKultakala wants a takedown but no success here.
HurmoKultakala blocks a body shot from Gusto.
HurmoKultakala blocks a body shot from Gusto.
Gusto tries a body shot but HurmoKultakala blocks it.
HurmoKultakala goes for a takedown attempt but Gusto pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Mc Gusto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Juhana HurmoKultakala.
HurmoKultakala avoids the head kick by Gusto.

Gusto is looking to clinch but HurmoKultakala is avoiding it.
Gusto throws a nice inside leg kick.
HurmoKultakala takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Gusto misses with an attempted mid kick.
HurmoKultakala walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
HurmoKultakala avoids the head kick by Gusto.
HurmoKultakala shoots in looking for a takedown. Gusto tries to sprawl out of it but HurmoKultakala keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gusto manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

HurmoKultakala rushes Gusto and presses him up against the cage.

HurmoKultakala has picked Gusto up - he's going for a ride! HurmoKultakala dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
HurmoKultakala sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Gusto defending well though.
HurmoKultakala has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Gusto regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from HurmoKultakala.
Gusto is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst HurmoKultakala is controlling him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

HurmoKultakala drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Gusto dives on top into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

HurmoKultakala is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Gusto defends well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gusto gets to his feet - HurmoKultakala follows without any prompting.
Gusto throws a good cross that connects.
HurmoKultakala throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gusto's waist but Gusto gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing HurmoKultakala off to one side.

Gusto misses with a low kick.

Gusto takes the fight into the clinch.

Gusto prevents the takedown attempt.
HurmoKultakala drops down looking for an ankle pick but Gusto pulls his leg out and moves away.
Gusto bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of HurmoKultakala's head.
Gusto lunges at HurmoKultakala with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by HurmoKultakala's hand.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Gusto throws a half hearted mid kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gusto throws a low kick but it's checked well by HurmoKultakala.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mc Gusto dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Gusto lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and HurmoKultakala has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from HurmoKultakala and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
HurmoKultakala with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gusto to score with a decent uppercut.
Gusto throws a leg kick that misses.
Mc Gusto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gusto closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

HurmoKultakala decides to pull guard.

HurmoKultakala looking for a guillotine here but Gusto defends easily.

HurmoKultakala working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Gusto has passed into half guard!

Gusto wants to get back to his feet.
HurmoKultakala flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Gusto will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
HurmoKultakala wants to improve his position but Gusto is controlling well.

HurmoKultakala is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Gusto has his hands clasped together but HurmoKultakala extends an breaks Gusto's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by HurmoKultakala.
