The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Dyck throws a sloppy head kick and Valhalla moves out of range easily.
Valhalla blocks a head kick by Van Dyck.
Van Dyck wants to clinch up but Valhalla keeps it at a distance.
Valhalla avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Van Dyck tries a head kick but it misses.
Van Dyck moves out of range of the strikes.
Van Dyck pivots, looking for a leg kick but Valhalla is out of range and Van Dyck settles back down.

and Van Dyck counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Odin Valhalla has been cut.
Van Dyck thows a body shot but no joy.
Valhalla looks to land a left hand but Van Dyck moved out of range nicely.

Valhalla clinches up with Van Dyck and pushes him back against the cage.
Valhalla takes an elbow to the forehead.

Van Dyck lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

Van Dyck creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Valhalla's defenses.

Odin Valhalla's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
