The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Alexandre Firmino and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Billy stuffs the takedown attempt from Stone. Stone gets slowly back to his feet.
Billy misses with a body shot.
Billy tries to clinch there but Stone circles away.
Stone tries to clinch up
and Billy counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Stone thinking.
Stone misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Stone looks for a takedown but Billy sprawls well.
Nice takedown defense from Billy. No joy for Stone on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fred Stone. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Stone throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Billy's waist but Billy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Stone off to one side.

Stone clinches but Billy breaks the clinch
and Billy counters by moving into the clinch.
Stone misses with a knee strike.
Billy lands a right hand that snaps the head of Stone backwards.
It looks like Fred Stone has been cut.
Billy prevents a body shot from Stone.
A right hook to the body lands for Billy.
Billy throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Stones head.
Stone tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Billy wants to get back to striking at distance but Stone won't allow it.
Stone looking for a takedown.
Stone throws an elbow that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Billy scores with a nice hook to the head.
Billy avoiding damage as Stone throws knees to the body.
Stone fails to pull guard.
Billy lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
A short uppercut from Billy.
Stone is rocked!
Billy throws a big uppercut that drops Stone! More strikes from Billy and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Stone lies dazed against the cage as Billy celebrates with his cornermen!
