Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jean Descharme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dick Valentine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Valentine's choice of entrance music: I Buy the Drugs. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valentine comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Descharme shoots in and bounces Valentine off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.
Valentine tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Valentine is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
It looks like Valentine is going to stand back up.
